Jennifer N. Rauch
Jennifer Rauch joined the firm as an associate in 2007. Her practice focuses on commercial bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Ms. Rauch’s experience includes the representation of secured and unsecured creditors in chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings. She has represented plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation cases in both state and federal courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rauch was an associate with Jenkens & Gilchrist, P.C. and previously served as senior law clerk for the Honorable Marvin Isgur, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Texas.
